London Pass comes with a free colour 160 page guidebook that lists the attractions covered by the pass, and includes maps and location finders.
The Pass also comes with a London visitor travelcard which allows you free travel on public transport. Your card will be date stamped for the period that you wish to use it, it is valid on all the big red London buses, tubes and trains zones 1-6 (i.e. all the zones needed to visit the attraction listed below). Free travel on the river Thames from the Embankment to Greenwich is also included.
Your the London pass is a 'smart' card that is swiped by an operator through a special machine at the prepaid ticket desk of your chosen attraction. After this is done you will be shown straight through and beat the queues. You can use the Pass to get free entry and discounts at as many attractions and other leisure services as you like on the same day.
The 2-day, 3-day and 6-day passes are for consecutive days, for example if you begin using your 3-day pass on a Tuesday it will be valid for the Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of that week.
If you should change the date of your trip to London, your travel card will no longer be valid, but the London Pass itself is valid for a one year.
